The rope on the elephant's foot

 

All the elephants had only one dam rope on their legs so that they could not escape from the camp. A gentleman was walking through the elephant camp, and he saw that the elephants were not being kept in cages but only with ropes. Looking at the elephants, the man was suddenly confused and wondered why the elephants were not using force to break the rope and escape from the camp. They could easily do that, but they weren't trying. .

To find out why the elephants weren't doing this, he approached a nearby trainer and asked why the elephants were standing there and not trying to escape.

 

The trainer replied;

 “When they were very young we used to tie them with ropes of the same size and at that age, that was enough to hold them. Then they grow up believing that they can't get out of here. They believe that the rope can still hold them, so they never try to get free. “

 

The only reason the elephants did not escape from the camp was that over time they believed that they could not escape by tearing the rope.
